Our bodies tell our story and sometimes in its expression physical scarring, imbalance, dysfunction, preparation are evident. I will guide you towards perfecting movements when faced with some of the challenges and encourage the progressions towards your fitness goals.

Acute injury, pattern over-load from repetitive activities, imbalances in muscular strength, weak connective tissues, sudden movements and high-impact forces increase a person's risk of pain or dysfunction in the knees. From office workers to professional athletes, developing and maintaining optimal stability is crucial for everyone's knee health and ability to function. Mobility is also part of health function. This small group training class is aimed to improve and support healthy knee function.
