Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of several rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-30 seconds-on, 10-20 seconds-off interval. Push yourself to the limit in this H.I.I.T. style workout using the Tabata training method. Expect to use a variety of equipment including TRX Suspension Trainers, Bosu balls, medicine balls and more. After each Tabata interval, you will engage in some much needed active recovery focusing on core strength, balance and stability.
