Cyndy Reid B.S, ACSM, NASM, ACE, AFAA, PRCS

Cyndy has been a Fitness Professional since 1983. She is an educator by nature and believes when her clients leave her sessions or classes they should have knowledge to apply to their daily lives and personal sports and activities. “You have changed my life” is a common statement from clients who have experienced Cyndy’s philosophy of Fitness as a Lifestyle which incorportes the 7 Dimensions of Wellness.

Cyndy combines the disciplines of Functional Kinetic Movement, Sports Conditioning, Functional Core, Injury Rehab and Prevention, Cross Training, Boot Camps, Corrective Exercise, Yoga, Pilates, Stability Ball and Band work to create what she calls Functional Fusion Fitness. Through her experience with these disciplines she creates programs that are individual to the client and encompass their entire life, not just the hour in the gym, to develop and improve in overall health and physical being no matter what the age! Her favorite specialties embrace making anything cardio and low impact, working with those over 50 and helping people Get Stronger With Age!

Cyndy has a Bachelors degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Kinesiology and Biomechanics. She is certified as an Exercise Leader through The American College of Sports Medicine, a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Group Fitness Instructor with the American Council on Exercise and the Aerobic Fitness Association of America, and a Post Rehab Conditioning Specialist through the American Academy of Health and Fitness Professionals.
