Boot camp involves a variety of movements and skill development designed to keep things fun, reduce body fat, and increase your strength and stamina. This class will keep your body guessing and will consistently incorporate different training techniques. Examples include high energy relay races, heart pumping cardiovascular drills, circuit training and plyometrics.
Targeting your entire torso, including back and core muscles. A strong core leads to a strong, fit body that will be less prone to injury. This class is a wonderful compliment to all group fitness classes!
