In this class, the body is primed for new information, healthy dynamic habits and prepare you to ingrain new movement patterns.
This 60 minute movement-based class focuses on fun, fast-paced, educational drills and exercises. No two sessions are alike. The result is an increase in fitness as well as improved metabolism, body composition, and exercise technique.
Workout of the Day (WOD): Plain and simple, this is the set of modalities that your coach uses to put you through hell on any given day.
As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP): Complete a circuit as many times as you can within a given time frame. For example, 6 minute AMRAP: 5 deadlifts, 10 pullups, 20 double unders. When 6 minutes is up, record your total rounds completed. Note: AMRAP may also mean "as many reps as possible."

Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of several rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-30 seconds-on, 10-20 seconds-off interval. After each Tabata interval, you will engage in some much needed active recovery focusing on core strength, balance and stability.

Private training to customize for your goals
This TRX Fusion workout follows the format of increasing or decreasing the difficulty of your workout by small increments of either time or reps. Expect a full body workout which will help you complete more intervals, more quickly to improve your overall stamina. Other equipment will also be used to challenge stability, endurance and range of motion. A one-of-a kind class for sure!

Metabolic Resistance Training
An upbeat, high energy class using resistance bands and TRX, RIP CORE to trim and tone head to toe. The core is fired and the entire body is engaged with full movements start to finish. After 60 minutes you'll be feeling strong on the outside, yet lengthened and renewed from within.
This class will primarily focus on full body strength & conditioning, higher repetition, and dynamic movement patterns like that in sports. Detailed emphasis is placed on form, technique, strength, agility and power, all attributes that can be utilized in day-to-day activities for anyone. Variety is key here and will introduce participants to functional warm-ups, stability balls, TRX, speed ladders, and transverse movement patterns, suited for participants at any level.
