You have a personal trainer helping you through your weight room workout with a few other people. This small group training session provides great instruction along with all the tools the weight room provides. (Max 8) to help encourage each other to work as hard as you can! A great way to help tone your body as well as getting direction and instruction for what workouts are best for you.
Targeting your entire torso, including back and core muscles. A strong core leads to a strong, fit body that will be less prone to injury. This class is a wonderful compliment to all group fitness classes!
TRX- is a beginner level class geared toward introductions, form perfection and fundamental training with this apparatus that may be new to you!
This TRX Fusion workout follows the format of ladder intervals, building on each exercise in both time and intensity. Other equipment will also be used to challenge stability, endurance and range of motion. A one-of-a-kind class for sure...and we hit up Rueben's Happy Hour afterwards every Friday!
