Lack of time is one of the most common excuses we hear, and it is the reason we have made some incredible changes to the ONE Boulder Fitness center and added more features to your future membership:

  • Our classes are designed to get you in & out of the club in an hour or less.
  • Our spacious strength training area is equipped with an abundance of machines and free weights, so you won’t have to wait for the equipment you need.  Drop in during your lunch break!
  • The Cardio area has over 20 different machines to get your heart rate up before dinner or a night on the town.
  • Our spa has a steam room, dry sauna, and whirlpool to help you relax and escape from your day-to-day routine.
We also have a full team of certified personal trainers on staff. They lead all of our classes and Private Group Training and are available for one-on-one training as well. Our trainers have made it their mission in life to push you further than you ever thought possible.  Rather than simply walk you through your workout, our personal trainers provide the education that keeps your body safe and helps you keep your fitness momentum for years to come.
