We Make your Location Work for You.

If you work downtown, we are centrally located in One Boulder Plaza on the corner of Broadway and Walnut, which is a 5 to 10 minute walk from almost anywhere in downtown Boulder. Now, you have the ability to sneak in a quick workout so you can finish the rest of your day with the energy and confidence that only a solid workout can provide.

If you live in the area, we know there is nothing worse than being unable to find a place to park in downtown Boulder. To make it easy, we will validate your parking for up to 2 hours per visit in the One Boulder Plaza underground parking ramp. Just bring your ticket to the front desk when you check in and we’ll take care of it.

 

We Make your Schedule Work for You.

Lack of time is one of the most common excuses we hear, and it is the reason we have completely remodeled the ONE Boulder Fitness center and added more features to your future fitness club membership:

  • Our Small Group Training sessions are designed to get you in & out of the club in under an hour.
  • Our spacious strength training area is equipped with an abundance of machines and free weights, so you won’t have to wait for the equipment you need.  Drop in during your lunch break!
  • The Cardio area has over 20 different machines to get your heart rate up before dinner or a night on the town.
  • Our spa has a steam room, dry sauna, and whirlpool to help you relax and escape from your day-to-day routine.

We also have a full team of certified personal trainers on staff. They lead all of our Small Group Training sessions and are available for one-on-one training as well. Our trainers have made it their mission in life to push you further than you ever thought possible. Rather than simply walk you through your workout, our personal trainers provide the education that keeps your body safe and helps you keep your fitness momentum for years to come.
