Traditional vs. infrared

Real, dry, traditional heat.

Our sauna is a traditional dry sauna: higher air temperature, lower humidity, the kind of deep warmth that loosens tight legs after a run or ride. Infrared cabins warm your body at a lower air temperature and feel gentler; cedar saunas deliver the classic, enveloping heat many athletes prefer. Here you get the traditional experience — plus the Cool Tub and steam room in the same suite.
