Train. Recover. Heal. Fuel.

Four things, one building, one membership. Walk from the squat rack to the Cool Tub to the physical therapist without going outside.

The Cool Tub, cedar sauna, eucalyptus steam

All included. Not an add-on, not a second membership across town.

Room temp
The Cool Tub

Seats eight, held at room temperature — not iced. Two to four minutes is plenty, and there’s usually someone in there to talk you into staying.

180°F+
Cedar sauna

Full cedar, dry heat. Where the late-70s members and the skiers end up sitting together.

Wet heat
Eucalyptus steam

Humid heat with eucalyptus. The easiest room in the building to breathe in.

And no, there’s no hot tub.

We’d rather tell you now than have you find out at the door. The Cool Tub, sauna, steam — that’s the suite, and it’s all yours.

Real people, not stock models

Every face here works out of this building or trains in it. Nine trainers, the resident physical therapist, the dietitian, the members who hold the door — and a three-legged dog named Bucky who runs the front desk.

Meet the people who run it

Nine certified trainers — including owner Karie Kerner, on the floor most days — plus a resident Doctor of Physical Therapy and a resident Registered Dietitian.

“Never crowded, no gym smell, and everyone at the desk knows my name.”

That’s the review, more or less, over and over. The words change; name keeps coming up. Read them on Google — we don’t cherry-pick them here.

A gym is almost impossible to judge from a website. Use the floor, sit in the sauna, talk to whoever’s at the desk. Then decide.
