Classes & group fitness in downtown Boulder — occasional, not scheduled.

ONE Boulder Fitness is built around 1-on-1 personal training, not a group class program. Group sessions come up occasionally, led by one of our certified trainers — but there's no standing weekly schedule to plan around. If group fitness is what you're looking for day to day, ask at the front desk what's currently happening before you join expecting a regular class.

Looking for regular coaching instead? 1-on-1 personal training is fully tailored to you, with every membership starting on a free consult.

What you’ll actually find

Coaching, not a timetable.

1-ON-1

Personal training

The core of how we work. A certified trainer builds the session around you — your history, your goals, the thing you want to get back to. Every membership starts with a free consult.

SMALL GROUP

A handful of people

One trainer, a few people, the same session scaled to each body. It suits friends and couples, and costs less than full 1-on-1. Small-group training runs occasionally rather than on a fixed schedule.

THE STUDIO

Upstairs from the floor

A mirrored room with a wood floor, mats, stability balls, kettlebells and a heavy bag. It hosts group sessions when they’re on, and 1-on-1 training the rest of the time.

Who leads them

Group fitness here means Tammy.

Tammy Saurette is the trainer whose practice centres on group work. An athlete and former professional dancer, she has been a fitness professional for more than 35 years.

  • Strength training and core stability
  • Balance and proprioception
  • Injury and pre/post-surgery rehabilitation
  • Yoga therapy and mindful movement

Common questions

Classes, answered.

Are classes included with membership?

ONE Boulder Fitness is built around 1-on-1 coaching, not a class schedule. Group sessions happen occasionally — ask at the front desk for what's currently on.

Do you offer yoga?

Not on a regular schedule. Tammy Saurette, our group fitness trainer, includes yoga therapy and mindful movement in her practice, so it comes up occasionally and can be built into 1-on-1 sessions — check with the front desk for anything current.

Can I train with a friend instead of joining a class?

Yes. Small-group training — a handful of people with one certified trainer — suits friends and couples who train better together, and costs less than full 1-on-1. It runs occasionally rather than on a standing schedule, so ask at your free consult whether a group is currently going.

Who leads group sessions at ONE Boulder Fitness?

Our certified personal trainers. Tammy Saurette is the one whose practice centres on group fitness — an athlete and former professional dancer with more than 35 years in the industry, specialising in strength, core stability, balance and mindful movement.

Where do classes take place?

In the studio upstairs from the main gym floor — a mirrored room with a wood floor, mats, stability balls, kettlebells and a heavy bag. The same space is used for 1-on-1 personal training.

What if I want a class every week?

Then we probably aren’t the right fit for that part of your routine, and we’d rather say so up front. We’re built around 1-on-1 coaching. Plenty of members pair a membership here with a class pass elsewhere, and use the gym floor, the recovery suite and their trainer for everything else.
